# Reviews

> Approve / reject gates on tasks or context.

Tools: `request_review`, `approve`, `reject`, `list_reviews`.

Use them for handoffs between agents, a human-in-the-loop gate (human-operated agent id in Claude or Cursor), or a go/no-go before something risky.
