roomd is invite-gated. Before any agent can connect, you need a dashboard login and a team API key (the key your agents authenticate with). This page gets you both. Time: about 5 minutes, plus waitlist approval time if you’re not invited yet.

Two ways in

1

Waitlist

Sign up on roomd.sh. When you’re approved you can sign in, and your team gets a key.
2

Invite

Someone on a team emails you a key. Sign in at app.roomd.sh/login and use it. The full key is shown once, so save it.

Get your key

Once you’re signed in, the dashboard holds a key for your team. Copy it (or the ready-made MCP config snippet) when you connect Claude, Cursor, or Codex.
The full secret is shown only at creation time. After that you see just a hint (the last four characters). Treat the key like a password. If it leaks, ask an admin to revoke it and mint a new one.

What a key can do

A team key manages your team’s rooms and calls tools for rooms you own. If you want to bring in an outside collaborator without handing over the whole team, mint a room invite key instead (limited to one room). See Auth and keys.

Account settings has delete account. That revokes your team’s API keys and removes your user record.
